Fees

Casual class Yoga                         $22 per class

Book of 10 passes                       $180 (valid for 3 months) can be shared by more than one person.

Meditation                                    $10 for 30 mins $16 for 60 mins

Backcare Class                             $25  per session

 


1 hour yoga class

This yoga class begins with a short relaxation,  then moves to breathing/pranayama, 40-45 minutes of postures and then finishes with relaxation. This class is aimed at beginners and intermediate students. This relates to any of the one hour yoga classes.

Meditation Class

This class takes you through Meditation from Shanti Gowans Vispassana CD. Instructions will be given on how to sit and prepare for meditation with the aim being that you can develop a home Meditation practice.

Relaxation class (by donation)

Yoga Nidra. This class concentrates on relaxation of the body, mind and nervous system. 

Breathing (Pranayama) (by donation)

Shanti Gowans CD that takes you through various Pranayama or Breathing Techniques.

Back care course

This is a course designed to relax and heal your back - if you have a sore back this is ideal for you or you want a class focused on building core strength.

Ayurvedic Consultations and Massages are also available. Ayurveda is an ancient Indian science that looks at your constitution (Pitta, Vata or Kapha) or Dosha. If you are out of balance this science helps you to get back into balance and health. A consultation takes 1 hour and follow up recommendations are given.
